Mobile Checker is an extension of the Digital Checker system, designed for recording inspection results of fleets that are about to or have already conducted operational activities. The user team can create their own inspection definitions according to their needs and monitor the condition and suitability of the fleets registered in the system.

Express Group operates over five thousand active fleets from Sumatra to Bali, with partners nearly doubling the fleet size. To address inefficiencies in traditional data recording, we developed a system that simplifies fleet management using a questionnaire-like format with multiple-choice questions. The system presents users with up-to-date fleet data and allows them to save progress for later completion.

To improve accuracy, QR code scanning was integrated as a unique ID for each Work Order in the Mobile Checker system, reducing errors and validating data entries. This web-based solution also strengthens fraud protection, ensuring a more secure and efficient process for Express Group's growing operations.
